* Arm action (clean, smooth, coordinate movement)

* Feel for pitches that are NON fastballs.

* Control of the strike zone.

Projecting a PITCHER we must pay attention to:

* ARM Quickness.

* Athleticism

* Effort to throw the baseball.

* Toughness on the mound.
* Body composition.
