ARM is a very important tool specially for players at SS - C - RF - 3B, having a good arm will facilitate those players to execute difficult plays.

While Evaluating a young player on his ARM, this are some of the things to watch: 

* Looseness of throwing action.
* Effort.

* Accuracy.

When Projecting the Arm you should consider:

* Cleanless of arm action.

* Quickness of arm.

* Ease of ball leaving the hand.
