BATTING STANCE & POSITION AT TOUCH DOWN

Batting is one of the most difficult tasks to perform in any sport, and although several batters stand in a similar way, the posture or stance in the batter's box is a very independent and personal formula.
As you can see on the pictures above, all of them get to a similar strong position prior to swing the bat and that allows them to generate bat speed and explosiveness to impact the ball.

Points to consider:
- The batter should position himself in a way where he feels comfortable and relaxed.
- The lower part (the legs) is the trunk of the player, therefore he must feel strong and balanced.
- The head should be in the direction of the pitcher, where he can look at him with both eyes.
