WARMING UP THE ARM
It is the part of the training that prepares the player when throwing in any direction, doing it in an organized way helps them keep their throwing arm in shape and lowering the risk of injuries.
Points to consider:
- Start at an approximate distance of 60 feet.
- Make each throw using the proper mechanics.
- Practice making each throw to the exact point where we want it to reach. (It's usually the other players chest).
